Third, the breakage of the tensioning device
If the tensioning device breaks, the bracket is released from the supporting slider, causing the flywheel to rotate, the crusher does not work, and the toggle plate is broken. Therefore, the broken tensioning device should be replaced or repaired in time.
Fourth, there is no balance between the bracket and the bracket
When the brackets are installed, if the brackets are not leveled or skewed between the brackets and the brackets, the brackets will be broken. Therefore, the brackets should be properly installed when installing the brackets.
Fifth, the spring pressure is too large
When the crusher is working, it encounters the over-tightening of the spring pressure, so that the bracket has no cushioning force, which causes the bracket to break.
